The Bachelor: Cry To Get A Rose

Before tonight's episode of "The Bachelor" even began I was already bracing myself for Tierra's antics based on last week's preview. I want to rename this season "The Tierra Show."

I am also outrageously excited that there are two episodes of "The Bachelor" this week, totaling four hours of rose drama!

In the first two minutes of this episode Chris informs the girls that this week brings the return of the dreaded two on one date. Before they have time to pout and obsess, he tells the gals to pack their bags for a trip to Montana. Ken doll goes country!

I would really like to know how much the Montana Tourism Board paid to be involved in this episode. Any guesses?

Lindsay's Date

Selma reads the first date card and Lindsay gets the one on one. Please remember that this is the same girl who wore the wedding dress on night one and drank herself silly.

On the date, Sean and Lindsay are laying on a blanket, on top of a mountain, and they can't stop kissing. Lindsay has fantasy suite written all over her.

After Sean gives Lindsay the rose, he takes her to a concert and they dance together in the center of the crowd on a raised stage. Ironically, she is wearing a white coat.

Group Date

On the group date this week is: Selma, AshLee, Desiree, Catherine, Sarah, Lesley, Robyn and Daniella.

When the ladies arrive, Selma jumps right up into Sean's arms, in front of all the other girls. Bold!

Their task for the day is a  Montana-themed relay race. Really? When did these group dates become so wacky. This isn't "The Bachelor Pad."

Chris assigns the girls to teams and to win you have to drink fresh goat's milk. Ick!

The red team won and watching Desiree down that jar of goat's milk was horrifying. I physically covered my eyes with my hands.

The red team was supposed to send the blue team packing, but then Sean felt badly and had Chris invite the losing team back to the party.

Desiree is pissed she drank the goat's milk and I would be too! Then when she finally gets her alone time, AshLee (losing team) interrupts and steals him away.

In alone time with Catherine, Sean says to her, "I love that I don't have to worry about you. You're confident." Translation = opposite of Tierra.

Daniella goes to interrupt and finds Catherine on Sean's lap. She scurries back to the other girls and starts crying. She finally gets her one on one time and a nice little make out.

Sean decides to give the group date rose to Daniella. Don't reward negative behavior Sean! Crying should not guarantee a rose!

Tierra Crashes The Group Date

The camera kept showing Tierra writing in a notebook. Does she have a burn book?

I cannot believe Tierra escaped the house and crashed the group date! This girl has balls! Sean is shocked and blurts out, "What are you doing here?" Tierra actually has the chutzpah to ask him, "Why am I getting the two on one date?" Instead of kicking her out, he kisses her! What?

Two On One Date

Tierra and Jackie show up to go horseback riding with Sean. Poor Jackie, her horse does not care about going anywhere. He just wants to stand still.

In their alone time, Jackie decides to rag on Tierra to Sean. Big mistake! Each week I've been saying, "Do not focus on the other girls! Only focus on Sean."

The awkwardness of the two on one dinner is too much. I actually cringed watching it.

In their one on one time, Tierra tells Sean she was in love with someone for many years and he was in and out of rehab. Ultimately, he passed away. Tierra admits to Sean she is afraid of losing someone again. I will admit, if that story is true, that does explain why she has been so manic.

Sean gives the rose to Tierra. See, Jackie! Don't waste your one on one time talking trash about the other girls!

After Jackie hits the road, Sean sits by a fire with Tierra and fireworks go off, just for them.

Cocktail Party

In their one on one, Desiree says into the camera, "I feel he gives roses to girls who are having a hard time, for instance Tierra. I don't know what he is thinking." Spot on, Dez!

Robyn confronts Tierra during the cocktail party and she fires back, "I don't care what people say. You're insecure, not me." Sean winds up walking through the room while Tierra is going off. He decides to ask her to come outside with him and she does her best to place the blame elsewhere.

In their one on one time, Sean out right asks Lesley to tell him the truth about Tierra. I thought she handled it well. She addressed the question, without launching into a full character assassination.

Rose Ceremony

Before the rose ceremony, Sean sits down with Chris. He says, "Everything went downhill after my date with Lindsay." It was clear he was very distraught and not feeling that into anyone.

Tierra, Lindsay and Daniella already have roses. Sean is so not into giving out roses tonight, but he has to, so he gives them out in the following order:

Selma
Catherine
Lesley
AshLee
Sarah - Phew! I was getting nervous.
Desiree

Wow. So Robyn, Tierra's biggest rival, is out.

Previews For The Rest Of The Season

It looks like we are in for another episode of "The Tierra Show," only this time it's hypothermia edition.  It also looks like AshLee decides to talk to Sean about Tierra.

In the finale, the camera shows Sean standing, ready to propose, and Chris delivers a hand written letter and says, "This is something she wanted you to see." Sean reads it, looks up and exclaims, "I can't believe she did that to me." Ok, now I'm intrigued.

The previews were excellent, but what is even more excellent is that "The Bachelor" is on again tomorrow!
