Holiday Gift Guide 2020: For The Dog Lover

When I adopted Scout in June 2015 I never could have predicted just how obsessed with him I would become. Since getting a dog of my own, I've also fallen in love with my friends' pups and the furry pals we see on our walks around the neighborhood every day.

Today's gift list is for the good boys and girls (and the parents who adore them).

Let's start with some holiday-themed toys. Scout loves anything you can use to play tug-of-war and this set of mittens from Zippy Paws is right up his alley.

He also love their line of burrow toys (we have the squirrels inside the log). I think this gingerbread house version is just too cute!

Every time I am on the Harry Barker website I want to get at least 10 things. This leopard print slipper toy is a riot.

When it comes to treats, in our house Polkadog Bakery's Wonder Nuggets reign supreme. Scout's top choice is the peanut butter flavor, but they also come in turkey and cranberry or pork and apple.

This is an ideal time of year to upgrade your dog's bed for maximum coziness. I found two incredible holiday-themed options, starting with this Santa bed. How cute would this look next to a Christmas tree?

This three-piece set is also festive. It includes the dog bed, a bone-shaped pillow and a blanket.

This is called the "calming donut dog bed" and I kind of wish they made them for humans too . . .

For snowy weather, every dog needs a coat. Scout hates his, but he looks so handsome in it. I flipped when I found these dog puffer coats! This style comes in four colors.

I have not yet graduated to the level of dog mama craziness where I buy us matching outfits, but if I was going to, I would get this set.

Harry Barker PJs

Or maybe this blue one

These last two items are dog-themed and I just couldn't resist including them. I love this kitchen dish towel from Anthropologie.

And I thought this set of playing cards was awfully cute.

That brings us to the end of holiday gift guide week! I hope you found these lists helpful. If you're stumped on a gift idea for a particular person, you can always message me directly. I love a challenge!
