Holiday Gift Guide 2018: For The Pets

Three years ago I met a very special pup named Scout, and just like the Grinch, my heart grew three sizes. I've never loved anyone or anything as much as I love Scout, so naturally I want to spoil him during the holidays. If you are a pet parent, I know you feel the same. 

Today I am sharing my (and Scout's) top picks for holiday gifts for your furry family members. 

First, I was served an ad for these custom pet story books and I have to say, they are pretty freaking cute! The company is called Petlandia and you can personalize each book to look just like your pet, all the way down to the eye color. 

While I'll be noshing on sugar cookies and all things chocolate peppermint for the next four weeks, Scout will be indulging in his go-to winter dessert, Fruitables' vanilla snowflake treats. His tail wags wildly when he sees me lift this bag off the counter. 

These are available on Chewy.com, which I use to auto ship Scout's food every month. 

I've been a fan of Bark Box for a long time and they make awesome rope toys, Scout's favorite. He could play tug-of-war all day and all night. How adorable are these L.L. Bean boots? 

The boots are currently on sale for $8 dollars. I also really love the ice skates. 

For the past few weeks I have been looking for a new bed for Scout. This gray and white plaid design is from Hearth & Hand for Target, designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines. It comes in three sizes. 

I've also been considering this sherpa dog bed from Mark & Graham, which you can monogram. It's much more expensive, but it just looks so cozy! 

While I am definitely a dog person, I'd be remiss if I didn't share a few ideas for the kitty cats. This cat hammock made me laugh out loud. I can 100 percent picture every cat I know lounging lazily on this. 

My best cat find is this gingerbread house scratcher. It's part entertainment, part true holiday decor.
