February is one of my favorite months of the year. Not only is it the height of awards season, but it's also the same month as New York Fashion Week!
Since most of the shows happen during the day, during the week, the only way I can keep up is on Twitter. Elizabeth Holmes of the Wall Street Journal live tweets from almost every show and shares photos via Instagram. The first line that caught my attention this week was from Project Runway alum Christian Siriano. I knew I loved Christian from his very first episode. Despite his petite stature, he had a head-turning hair do, a serious diva attitude and an obsession with the word "fierce."
Two of my favorite looks from Christian's fall line were paired with black, leather jackets. I really like the juxtaposition of the hard with the soft.
The flowing, white skirt paired with the biker jacket is seriously fabulous.

At the end of the show Christian cameo out to wave to his adoring fans. He's too cute.
What I admire most about Christian's line is even though he only used a few colors (black, white, gray and gold) I still found his clothes captivating. Heidi would be proud.
