This week on The Hills the girls crashed what was supposed to be boys weekend in Hawaii. There is a clear flirtation happening between Brody and Audrina. In front of the whole group Stephanie asks Audrina, "So are you single? Can you hook up with other people? Or would Justin be mad?" Brody jumps in, "She's single! She can do whatever she wants." Do you mean WHOEVER she wants, Brodster?
Later that night while getting ready for dinner, Stephanie suggests Audrina should hook up with Brody to get Justin back. Really Stephanie? Are we in the 9th grade? Its amazing to me that LC & Crew keep Stephanie around.
After hours and hours of drinking and longing gazes, Brody finally says to Audrina "If we decide, late night, when no one else is around . . . feelings are feelings." Translation - I think you're smokin hot, I can't believe you're into me, I can't wait to act on this off camera. Side note - the song playing in the background had lyrics that said "Where you gonna sleep tonight?" That's right MTV, I noticed.
Sure enough, the next morning we discover Audrina slept in Brody's room! When Brody wakes up, all the boys are waiting to hear what happened. Brody admits that he did hook up with Audrina to which Doug responds "I would have put that down like a sick dog." Nice, Doug. Real nice. Clearly you have great taste in women as you've gone from LC, to Amanda Bynes, to Paris Hilton! You seem like a fame hungry loser to me.
When discussing how to handle the Audrina vs. Jade situation, Frankie chimes in "I don't know bro, girls are evil." Are we? Devious, maybe. Evil? That seems a tad harsh.
Back in L.A. Heidi's high school boyfriend Colby is visiting with his current girlfriend. They go on a double date in which the clueless girlfriend says to Heidi "I've seen old pictures of you, you look so different!" Translation - I didn't know people really got that much plastic surgery! Heidi meets this comment with total silence. The girlfriend repeats herself, and Heidi just changes the subject. She has no problem posing post-surgery for US Weekly, but she can't give this girl a verbal response.
At dinner Spencer discovers that Colby doesn't drink, doesn't dance with girls, and that he and his GF even have separate hotel rooms! Spencer is shocked and invites Colby to a boxing gym the next day to get out some pent up aggression.
In a hilarious scene, the two couples have a joint bible study. While Colby tries to explain why you should wait to have sex until marriage, Spencer checks his phone, and Heidi acts humiliated. Colby's GF looks up at one point and says, "Imagine if everyone just loved each other and treated each other nicely" to which Spencer responds "Ha! Imaginary world." Wow Heidi, what a catch!
Spencer later tells Heidi that meeting Colby showed him that he "took the small town girl right out of her." Yup, as well as her self respect.
Previews for next week show the gang dealing with high drama once Jade finds out about Audrina and Brody. Thanks to recent paparazzi pics, we know Jade and Brody are still together. Sorry Audrina. Looks like back to greasy, hairy Justin Bobby for you!
The previews also show Heidi confronting bartender Stacy. Stacy tries to explain to Heidi about Spencer's wandering eye, "When I'm gone there is always going to be another girl, another Stacy." And she's probably right.
Photos have emerged online of the big Speidi nuptuals (their first wedding was in Mexico and not legal in the U.S.) and it appears LC did attend! The wedding is slated for the shows season finale.
