At last it is confirmed, Dorota is alive! And kickin'! Well, her baby is anyway (to the tune of Metallica). After weeks of being MIA, Dorota reappeared as Blair's sidekick on last night's episode of Gossip Girl as Blair helped her mother launch her first juniors fashion line.
In an attempt to calm her down, Rufus arranges for Jenny to help Eleanor with the fashion show. Jenny knocks it out of the park and Eleanor offers her a full time job! Don't rejoice just yet.
Apparently Agnes is back (cue the "Jaws" music). Why the writers decided to unearth this wretched creature is beyond me. Agnes returns set on revenge and drugs Jenny and then drops her limp body off at a bachelor party. My heart actually pounded at the thought of these randoms taking advantage of Little J. Thankfully Nate saw Jenny being tossed into a cab and answering her panicked call a few minutes later. More on Jenny and Nate in a bit.
This episode Serena decides to make a comment to Vanessa about her and Dan being stuck in a rut. Vanessa internalizes this and decides to plan a special, romantic, movie-themed evening for Dan, which goes completely over his head and she ultimately storms out in disgust. Dan makes everything right again with some cliche words over pierogis about being in love with his best friend. Barf.
Now onto Chuck! With Jack in charge of the hotel, he has Chuck forcefully removed. When Chuck tries to reason with Elizabeth and have the hotel signed back over to him, he learns she is Jack's lover and did all of this to save their relationship. Who could be in love with such a snake? She tells Chuck she isn't really his mother, she just pretended to be. As we are trying to process this, in the final scene, Elizabeth says goodbye to Jack and admits she really IS Chuck's mother but lied to him to soften the blow. WHAT? So confused. Is she gone for good? I have a feeling the answer is no.
In the shocking previews for next week it seems Nate and Jenny rekindle their flame, and in an attempt to help Chuck win back his hotel, Blair sleeps with Jack? Say it ain't so!
