Sugar Fix: Cirque du Soufflé Holiday Collection

Hello, friends! It’s officially December. Hanukkah is in full swing and there are 23 days until Christmas. I know you are actively searching for beautiful holiday gifts and I’m here to share a delicious idea with you.

You may remember back in November 2020 I introduced you to chocolatier T Lawrence-Simon and his whimsical confections from Cirque du Soufflé. This week he has debuted his 2021 holiday collection and let me tell you, you’re going to want all of it. 

First, the incredibly popular Yuzu Krunch Bar is back! It’s a rich combination of milk chocolate and yuzu, swimming around crisped puffy rice to give you a satisfactory crispy crunch in every bite.

T has premiered three new chocolate bars: Can’t Catch Me, Cordially Crimson and Blueberry Crisp. 

Can't Catch Me is a treat for gingerbread lovers. It’s a milk chocolate bar with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and a little clove to warm your heart. Didn’t you feel a little bit cozy reading that? 

Cordially Crimson is a decadent dark chocolate bar (my personal fave) with raspberry and a sprinkle of salt. 

Blueberry Crisp is meant to conjure memories of Christmas morning. It’s a white chocolate bar infused with dried blueberry powder and steel cut oats, giving a satisfying crunch with each piece. The blueberry powder gives this bar a gorgeous periwinkle sheen.

If you’re looking for something small but sweet, consider ordering a box of nine bon bons. Flavors include: apple cider caramel, hot cocoa, blood orange clove, salted caramel, mocha magique (pictured below), not-ella-enchanted (hazelnut and milk chocolate gianduja in a dark chocolate shell), peppermint night, cherry pie and lemon chess.
