Mother's Day is two weeks from today on Sunday, May 10. This year the holiday will certainly feel different. Maybe you are quarantined with your mom, maybe you are planning to drive by her house or maybe you'll celebrate over FaceTime or Zoom. However you'll be connecting, there are plenty of ways to make Mom feel special this year.
Starting with a card. It's no secret that I love snail mail. One of my favorite brands is Emily McDowell & Friends. This design really says it all.
Last year, I gave each of the moms in my life a Lovepop card. Their 3D designs really wow. They released a bunch of new options this year and the Momosa card is fabulous!
I also love the bicycle with the basket of flowers.
Pro tip: on their own, each Lovepop card is $13 dollars, but if you order five, they go down to $10 dollars a piece.
If your mom has a sweet tooth, the Big Tasty gift box from EHChocolatier has 10 different kinds of chocolate bars and candies. The brown butter toffee and the Coconutty bar are two of my favorites.
Though she may not be able to take any of the trips she had planned in the near future, you can help her remember the smell of some of her most treasured places with a scented candle. I love this one from Vessel Candle Co. called Palm Springs.
This company is female owned and operates out of Watertown, MA!
Maybe your mom has been on a re-organizing kick during quarantine. If so, help her get her dresser or nightstand in order with this jewelry holder.
For the mother or grandmother who takes her tea with honey, this floral honey bear is just too cute! He would brighten up any kitchen counter.
Speaking of counters, this indoor herb garden kit is beautiful. You can select the herb your mom would like best. Options include basil, cilantro, mint, oregano and parsley.
How fun is the packaging of these pollinator push up garden pops? Each one includes soil, seeds and instructions for growing the wildflowers.
Once her wildflowers have bloomed, she can display them in this elegant pitcher.
Now that we're all eating every meal at home, help jazz up her table with these woven placements.
To display her latest culinary success, consider this Marimekko serving tray. I love this spring design.
These porcelain bowls will definitely upgrade her morning yogurt and granola or her evening bowl of soup.
These bowls are festive too. I actually bought the pink and orange ones for myself last week!
These leopard print dessert plates will give any occasion more pizazz.
If your mom has taken to puzzling during quarantine, send her this tropical design to tackle next.
