Just when you thought you couldn't love Anna's any more, they decide to host a charity event that not only supports the local community, but let's you eat for free.
Three weeks from today, on Saturday September 21st, Anna's will host the 7th Annual Anna's Walqueria.
The Walqueria is a 13.1 loop that weaves through the city stopping at all six Anna's Taqueria locations. Walkers can fuel up with Anna's burritos, snacks and beverages at each stop. For every walker who visits an Anna's location along the route, Anna's will donate $5 dollars to The Home For Little Wanders.
The Home For Little Wanders is a local organization ensuring the healthy, emotional, mental and social development of children at risk, their families and communities.
So how do you get involved?
You arrive at the Anna's Taqueria at 1412 Beacon Street in Brookline at 9:30am on Saturday September 21st to register, then you start the walk at 10:15am with your fellow do-gooder burrito lovers.
You can also buy a Walqueria t-shirt to sport during the event. Proceeds of the shirt also benefit The Home For Little Wanders.
