Dining Out: Mobile Eats On The Greenway

For the past two weeks we've all been looking for signs of spring. Today, one of the best and most delicious signs will return, the Greenway food trucks.

This year's Mobile Eats program at the Rose Kennedy Greenway features thirty vendors, fifteen new to the Greenway and four making their Boston food vending debut.

Jesse Brackenbury, Executive Director of the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy, shared, "We are so pleased to open our fifth season of Mobile Eats with our largest ever fleet of vendors. We are proud to support the entrepreneurs and restauranteurs who have built a vibrant mobile food industry in Boston as we welcome them back to the Greenway for another delicious season."

Of the thirty featured vendors, I am most excited for Clover, Cookie Monstah, Mother Juice, Paris Creperie, Roxy's Grilled Cheese and Stoked Pizza.

You can check the daily schedule of the participating trucks and trikes here or by following the Greenway on Twitter (@HelloGreenway) or Facebook.

In addition to the weekday vendors, beginning Saturday May 3rd the Mobile Eats vendors can also be visited during the weekly Greenway Open Market. Once the temperatures spike, in July and August, Beantown Franks N Spuds and Boston Harbor Ice Cream will be stationed every Sunday at the Rings Fountain near the Aquarium.

Is it just me or does it suddenly feel warmer?
