Shop: Stina Persson (Part II)

Last fall my coworker introduced me to artist Stina Persson. I fell so immediately in love with her work that I shared a post highlighting my favorite of her pieces for all of you to see and enjoy.

To my shock, Stina found the post and contacted me to introduce herself. Talk about star struck!

This weekend Stina reached out to me to share her newest piece called Limelight.

How gorgeous is this? It reminds me of my favorite cartoon as a kid, "Gem and the Holograms."

Limelight is described as, "Different from Stina Persson's fluid watercolors. Here the figure is penned in bold ink strokes contrasting the fine layers of pastel colored tissue paper. A bit of limelight can't hurt." I love that last line!

The piece is stunning on its own, but look how it pops against a colored wall.

It would also looks great as the centerpiece of a tablescape in your entry way, dining room or bedroom.

If you haven't had a chance to explore Stina's full collection, browse here.

Well, shoot. Now I have the urge to redecorate.
