When I graduated from college in 2006 I moved to Somerville, right on the border of Cambridge, just a few streets up from Inman Square. Over the last seven years, Somerville has experienced an explosion of fantastic restaurants.
Enter the East Broadway Foodie Crawl. Those who follow me on Facebook and Twitter have already heard me shouting about this, but if you're unfamiliar, read on.
The East Broadway Foodie Crawl will be held on Tuesday September 10th and allows guests to sample sweet and savory treats from 15 local establishments. Cuisine ranges from Italian to Mexican to Brazilian to Ethiopian to Caribbean and more.
Tickets are $20 online or $25 dollars at the door and all proceeds from the event will benefit East Somerville Main Streets, an organization committed to building a safe, sustainable and prosperous multicultural community by developing a business district at the neighborhood's heart.
