Shop: Outdoor Furniture

Happy Friday all!

As the weather gets warmer and warmer I can't help but think ahead to summer. When I moved into my place last August the great weather was winding down and I never really bothered to get furniture for my front porch or my backyard. Now, it's all I can think about!

I've been having a grand old time looking for the perfect outdoor furniture, but now I need your help to make some decisions.

First I fell in love with these deck chairs from Gallant & Jones when I saw them on Casa Sugar.

The bright colors are amazing and from a pragmatic standpoint, they fold up easily and can be stored without taking up too much space.

Of all the patterns these deck chairs come in, my front runner is the Ogunquit. Coincidence that it's named after a town in Maine, one of my happy places?

I also gravitated toward the Caligata, which is a tangerine color.

On the other end of the color spectrum, I like the simplicity and elegance of the Kootenay pattern, though the black fabric might get very hot in the sun.

While you ponder which of those fabric choices should reign supreme, take a look at these metal bistro chairs from Terrain, the home decor arm of the Anthropologie. I love these hues!

The raspberry color feels so me, no?

These would be absolutely perfect for dinner on the front porch.

When I spied these next chairs in the CB2 catalog, first I wanted to move to Florida. Who wouldn't want a pool to put those chairs next to?

In all seriousness, these neon Ixtapa lounge chairs scream summer!

Also from CB2 are these chartreuse colored Rex arm chairs. These feel more like dinner chairs and less like lounge around chairs.

On a totally different note, I was drawn to these patterned tables from West Elm. Half my house is from West Elm.

I seem to be developing a taste for the Chevron pattern. In the case of this table, I really like the aqua tones. I could also be into the midnight blue design.

So what do you think? Which pieces should I purchase for my first full summer in the new house? And when do you want to come over?
