Grey's Anatomy: Let The Rain Fall

Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you all felt loved and adored today.

Tonight on "Grey's Anatomy" the star of the episode was the rain. Did you notice it was pouring in every single scene? We get it, the tone of the hour is ominous.

I hate that Cristina and Owen are only now getting along, after they've divorced. I also hate that our gang's plan to buy the hospital is causing Cristina to lie to Owen. That is going to blow up in her face.

Much like Arizona blew up at Derek and shouted, "I think you feel guilty. Everything you've done to try and make things better has only made them worse." Ouch.

Derek does try to rally our gang to buy the hospital by having them meet with his financial advisor. How great was that scene where the doctors in the front seat of the van kept switching?

Bailey had a breakdown this hour saying, "I have to make myself smaller to work here. I don't know that I can look my son in the eye and tell him that's what I am doing." Great monologue from her.

At the close of the episode, to keep the hospital from being bought, our whole gang quits. I did not see that coming! They are now devoted to rallying together and buying the hospital.

On a side note, this hour Kepner moves forward in her relationship with the EMT. He asks her out on a proper date (no more make outs in the ambulance) and he actually winds up telling her that he is saving himself for marriage. What are the chances! It is a Valentine's Day miracle!

In the final scene did anyone else notice a twinge of jealousy from Karev when Jo went out on a date with the OB resident? He's definitely going to make a play for her next week.
