90210: Sibling Rivalry

During tonight's episode of 90210 Adriana fixates on taking down Vanessa. She is so hyper focused on proving to Liam and Dixon that Vanessa is bad news that she misses the meeting with the record label (hello, LaToya Jackson cameo!).

Before we know it, Vanessa is staging a fight between her and Adriana, Adriana is being dragged off by security and Dixon has to go on stage and perform alone.

After all this, Dixon gets offered a record contract, but not with Adriana. They only want him as a solo act. Do you think Dixon will tell Adriana the truth?

This hour Ivy's relationship with bad boy, graffiti artist Diego intensifies. After a highly emotional squabble, they decide to officially become girlfriend and boyfriend. I said this last week, but don't you think this is moving outrageously fast?

Most of this episode was devoted to the competition between Jen and Naomi for Preston Hillingsworth's affection. Jen locks Naomi in the bathroom, she steals Naomi's special dress and then she goes so far as to follow Preston to Napa. I feel like a broken record, but I hate Jen. I would like for her to disappear forever, please.

Before we move on from this topic, do the writers think men watch this show? They must because there is no other reason there would be a female, mud wrestling scene. News flash: there are no dudes watching 90210. Also, news flash: Train's "Hey, Soul Sister" was popular in 2010. Get with the program.

Toward the end of the episode I was starting to feel some chemistry between Silver and Liam. Perhaps she's just leaning on him during her time of need, but it felt like something more.

In previews for next week, Raj returns. Apparently the gang winds up seeing him in the hospital, including Ivy. Should be interesting!
