90210: Love & Lies

This week on 90210, Jen returned! What is with CW shows and evil family members popping in and out? Jen on 90210, Jack Bass and CeCe on Gossip Girl, I could really do without them. Permanently.

It was hard to watch Silver in her mania for a second week in a row. How does she not know that her behavior is out of whack? She is normally so self-aware. I have to admit, I didn't see that intervention coming. Seeing her with Dixon again reminded me how incredible he was to her during her first major breakdown. I always loved them together.

Adriana may be one of the most evil characters to ever inhabit a teen drama. My blood boils to think of all the havoc she has willingly caused. I can't wait until karma comes around to bitch slap her across the face.

I have to agree with Naomi, it was kind of fun to watch Teddy suffer the way girls suffer when a guy plays games with them. However, it quickly turned from amusing to sad when to Teddy showed up at a soccer game that wasn't happening, discovered Marco doesn't live in the house where he picked him up and he finds Marco working at a fast food restaurant. Oh what a tangled web we weave . . . Thankfully, they had a solid heart to heart in the parking lot and Marco explains, "I just didn't plan on liking you this much." Swoon.

I was also gushing over Naomi and Max. Though a relationship like this could never exist in real life, it's very fun to watch. I loved Naomi applying to BU! Did you notice her email address on the application was naomi@wbhs.com? Since when do high schools issue email addresses? Then Max turns around and accepts at Cal Tech to be near her at CU! When he said, "MIT was my first choice. Now you are," did you not melt?

Last week I predicted that Annie's relationship with Marla would bring Marla back to life. Well, I was half right. It was amazing to watch Marla re-live her glory days at the film screening, but when she gave Annie that necklace you knew she was sad again. I was a bit surprised that they decided to have Marla end her own life. I was happy they did not show Marla in that final scene, that would have been too much. I am glad the writers took a tasteful approach.

Next week our West Bev gang heads to prom! Check out some spoiler photos below:

See you next week!
